One fixed fee for a 90-day term, paid in full or in three monthly installments. After 90 days it continues month to month if you want to keep going.

Pay-Per-Show

A one-time setup fee, then you pay only for each new patient who physically attends an appointment at your clinic. No show, no fee.

Prepaid option: pay up front for 40 new-patient show-ups, with all 40 guaranteed to attend within three months.
